Go with the Flo
The team of chefs at French-cuisine restaurant Maison Flo brings a new summer menu to diners in Beijing with fresh ingredients and natural flavors. As starters, both the king crab with asparagus and oyster foam, and the arugula-and-tuna salad with apple yuzu vinaigrette are as fresh as the summertime. The lobster pasta with Parmesan and tomato sofrito is a must-try. The pasta fully absorbs the flavor of the lobster, as does the diced, fried bread in the head of the lobster.
